About Novonesis
Novonesis was created in January 2024 by the merger of Novozymes and Chr. Hansen, two Danish leaders in enzymes and cultures. It serves more than 30 industries with around 10,000 employees.
For dairy, its portfolio includes coagulants for cheese making, enzymes for cheese yield and lactose hydrolysis, and rapid tests for milk quality. For food processing it supplies enzymes such as those used in fruit and olive oil extraction.
